Terms of Service — PDF Yellowfuture

1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases and use of digital content made available through the PDF Yellowfuture online shop, operated by Jasper Marvin Großmann, Eisvogelweg 83, 85356 Freising, Germany (contact: pdfguideplus@gmx.de). By placing an order, browsing the shop, or downloading any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this shop.

2. Products
PDF Yellowfuture sells digital PDF guides ("Products") covering practical topics such as pet care, travel planning, personal finance, health and wellness, and relationships. All Products are delivered exclusively in electronic form as downloadable PDF files; no physical goods, packaging, or shipping are involved in any transaction. Product descriptions, cover images, and page counts are provided for informational purposes and may be refined over time as guides are updated.

3. Content Creation Process
Our guides are researched and drafted with the assistance of AI tools, and are reviewed and edited by us before publishing. Final content, structure, factual claims, and topic selection are curated and approved by PDF Yellowfuture prior to sale. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, our guides are intended as general, practical information and are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, veterinary, or legal advice specific to your situation.

4. Contract Formation
By placing an order and completing checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected Product at the price displayed at that time. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order and/or make the digital file available for download, whichever occurs first. We reserve the right to decline an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or technical malfunction, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, typically via an automated download link and/or email, immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation. No physical shipping occurs, and no shipping costs apply. If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at pdfguideplus@gmx.de; we will promptly resend access at no additional cost.

6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and, unless otherwise stated, are final prices inclusive of any applicable charges. As a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is separately itemized on invoices. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include PayPal, credit/debit card, and Shopify Payments. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

7. License and Permitted Use
Upon successful purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased PDF guide for your own personal or household use only. You may print the guide for personal reference. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload to file-sharing platforms, rent, sublicense, translate, or otherwise make the Product (in whole or in part) available to any third party without our prior written consent. All content, text, design, and illustrations within each Product remain the intellectual property of PDF Yellowfuture / Jasper Marvin Großmann.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Please see the separate "Right of Withdrawal" section for full details. By completing your purchase and actively confirming immediate access to the digital content before the standard 14-day withdrawal period would otherwise end, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once download or access to the Product has begun, in accordance with applicable EU and German consumer protection law.

9. Refunds
Because Products are digital content delivered instantly, and because you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the resulting loss of your withdrawal right at checkout, refunds are generally not available once a download has been provided. Exceptions apply where required by applicable law — for example, where a file is genuinely defective, corrupted, or does not match its description — or at our sole discretion in individual cases. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at pdfguideplus@gmx.de with your order number and a description of the issue.

10. Liability
We are liable without limitation in accordance with statutory provisions for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For damages caused by ordinary negligence, we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation ("Kardinalpflicht") essential to achieving the purpose of the contract, and liability in such cases is limited to foreseeable damages typical for contracts of this kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the guides' content, including decisions made based on general information provided within a Product.

11. Complaints and Contact
If you have a question, complaint, or issue with an order, please contact us directly at pdfguideplus@gmx.de. We aim to respond within 24 hours and to resolve any legitimate issue fairly and promptly.

12. Severability
Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the
