Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Our Products are digital PDF guides delivered to you instantly upon purchase. If, during checkout, you have expressly requested that we begin delivery of the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, your right of withdrawal expires at that point, in accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

If you have not given such consent, or if delivery has not yet begun, the standard withdrawal right and refund process described above applies.

Effects of Withdrawal (where applicable)
If you withdraw from this contract before digital delivery has begun, we will reimburse the payment received from you without undue delay, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
